Civilian Conservaion Corps (CCC)

Franklin d. Roosevelt set up the CCC because people were starving and could'nt get a job. The CCC was a place where people worked. The workers only got paid $30.00 a mounth. They had to send thier family $25.00 to family to buy food. They could only keep $5.00 for thierselves. They couldnt sale cattle because they were'nt worth anything. They could go skating for one night for 25 cents. They went skating to meet the ladies. 25,000 people joined the CCC.
